Corruptions kill Democracy and politics in India

A generation plays a vital role in shaping the nation. Unfortunately, generation (Majority) does not involve in politics or does not respond to injustice. This silence toward injustice and corruption of this generation and drama of political parties, of course, have  lead the nation to instability (economical, political, and social). I often think that many youngsters do not know the importance of interfering in politics. when I have discussed with some of my friends regarding their interest of politics, some of them said that they are not interested in politics due to corruptions, mostly.

Today, we know that India is one of the paradises of corruption. Corruptions are usual among many politicians as ABC News Point depicts. It is noticeable that regardless the political party, corruptions are really common. The corruption is one of the significant aspects and reasons to stay away of many people from politics. Why many people, especially the youngsters are not interested in politics? Political parties usually raise the questions each other when the corruptions have been found, but it ends up without any successful investigations and model punishments (acknowledging very rare punishments such as Lalu Prasad, 2G spectrum, and Sasikala). In terms of reliability of investigation and further actions, our law enforcement agencies often play politics. Many people believe that prosecutions often help the offenders for political sake and government's interests, but not publics' interests.

Very few politicians such as LaluPrasad and Jayalaitha (accounting politicians alone) have been punished by Criminal Justice Systems (CJSs), however the public's money which those politicians have earned through corruptions have not seized yet completely. In fact, those who earn money through corruption will not loose the assets which they gained through corruption (fully or partially).

What is wrong with our politics? what is wrong with our criminal justice systems? corrupted police and law enforcement agencies have been influenced and controlled by political authorities? what happens to prosecutions when they deal with "big sharks' " criminal offences? what about our Law? something is helpful to politicians which makes easier to escape from CJSs? why financial crimes are increasing, particularly among politicians?

What motivates (politicians) them to commit such crimes? how law jurisdiction works to punish the offenders sooner? What are law makers' role in improving thie effectiveness of Indian Criminal Justice Systems (CJSs) and its policies? who have been studying about various crimes and crime reduction strategies? why and what they study? What are the outcomes of such studies? Any Laws have been implimented according to those studies so far? If government does not implement or not acknowledging or applying the study reports and thre is no any implimentations, how it does affect the country? Why we should spent crores to teach the students? what are the outcomes from those studies? how much money have been spending for it? is there any believable statistical studies or surveys and researches other than government's data (which is mostly politically interested) to find the effectiveness of CJSs? to find the root causes of crimes?

How people protest or respond toward the crimes committed by politicians? what about black money? Many politicians have not deposited huge amounts of money in foreign banks and not paying tax to our country? And they do not speech about black money yet?  Do you think that it is time to protest against such devils or should work hard to make awareness among people in our nation? Are there transparencies in each and every stage of government's policy making? If so, who assesses the efficiency of government's works in improving CJSs of India? ...

"Failure to apply the Law properly, Motives and creates the offenders"

"Delays of Justice is denial of Justice"

                                                    ... will continue...
